1 Minute Oreo Cupcake

1 MINUTE OREO CUPCAKE

OMG!!! My chocolate craving is back again… this time I want to eat a nice, soft and spongy chocolate cake and still dream not to be off my diet.  I searched my pantry just to find few leftover Oreo cookies but I wanted to eat only a chocolate cake so I decided to do my little experiment by turning these cookies into a cupcake!!!


I always love cupcakes as I can control my portions and don’t over indulge with chocolaty goodness .

Here’s the recipe.



Preparation Time      :  3 to 5 minutes

Cooking Time             : 1 minute

Output                           : 1 Cupcake


Ingredients:


3 Oreo cookies (Chocolate or vanilla)

A pinch of Baking Powder

1 or 2 tbsp of Milk

Directions:

Crush the biscuits with baking powder in a blender.


    

Take it in a bowl add milk and adjust the consistency of a cake batter.


Fill the cupcake mould (I used silicon cupcake mould).


Place it in the microwave and set the timer for 1 minute.


Enjoy it warm or cold with frosting of your choice or simply dust with icing sugar or add some colorful sprinkles.
