FROZEN YOGURT FRUIT CUPS
Yogurt fruit cups are protein packed refreshing treats for both kids and for
the kids in us!!!
Globally there is a big craze for frozen yogurt but for us Indians it
part of our daily meals especially for south Indians. It is commonly known as curd or dahi.
My
husband loves yogurt and I am a sucker of fresh fruits so I decided to combine
these two and make these creamy yogurt cups.
These yogurt fruit cups are totally customizable; you can use your favorite
fruit and nut toppings. I am using
cupcake molds but you can use ice trays too. Take out only the required number
of yogurt cups and pop the rest back in the freezer.
It
is a perfect treat…clean and healthy.
