OATS CHIVDA RECIPE
I am down with a bout of viral fever which has killed all my taste buds
with eating a lot of bland food so I wanted a light healthy but chatpata snack
which I can munch on.
Well then my hunt to gather the ingredients started, hunt because when
the man of the house cooks the kitchen becomes a jungle and you have to
literally hunt for the simplest of the ingredients!!!
Traditionally chivda is prepared using poha, dry fruits, ghee and sugar
but here instead I am using instant oat, murmura and have also included flax
seeds and sesame seeds.
Here’s oats chivda recipe which is low in glycemic index and high on
taste and can be a great snack for diabetic people.
