Roti Churma Ladoo
Churma is a popular Rajasthani and
Haryanvi delicacy. Churma is generally
served with dal baati. Traditionally, it
is prepared with wheat flour baatis and loads of ghee and jaggery. It is usually a time consuming and tedious
process to make churma.
Here
is a quick fix recipe for churma ladoos using wheat rotis. This recipe might bring back childhood
memories for many when our mothers used to make these yummy ladoos from
leftover rotis.

cardamoms.
