RAW BANANA MUNG DAL DOSA
Moms are the
best, they know how to disguise ingredients which we otherwise as kids would
never have touched. One such recipe is raw
banana mung dal dosa/chila which I have been eating since childhood but never
could guess until recently that it contained raw banana.
Raw banana mung
dal dosa/chila is a healthy and nutritious breakfast dish. It is both gluten free and vegan. You can even add grated raw banana/kacha kela to the
batter to give some texture to the dosa and incase making for kids it is always
best to blend in all the ingredients.
